Two Ways To Enroll:

2. Download, print, complete, sign and mail in the "Registration and Liability Form."

Submission of this form enrolls the students in the driver's education course with Crosstown Driving School. If selecting to complete the physical form, mail it in with your $25 non-refundable registration fee to P.O. Box, 153, Rathdrum, ID 83858.
